It was a perfect day for chili—gray and crisp with that perfect moment of sunshine breaking through when awards were handed out. This month's big winners were Jarrod Webb for Puckett's of Leiper's Fork first place winner of the People's Choice Award—$250 and a year of free ice cream courtesy of Purity Dairy—and Heidi Green's team behind her Smokin' Joe Chili that won the $1000 first place Scratch Only contest.
